Happy Halloween Everyone....

The SASiest Halloween yet

Hi everyone. Wow. this month has just been crazy for me. I've had a real 'head like a sieve' month lol. I got an awesome deal from ArtsCow for 5 20 page books and 5 39 page books so I've been working like crazy putting them all together to get them ordered in time. Well, I'm delighted to say I have got them all and they came out fantastically. I think I'm going to have some very happie family members this Christmas hehe. So anyway, thats why I have been MIA but its all done now so I can get back to having some fun.

First I wanted to say a big thank you to all you lovely ladies who took part in my SASy October Color Challenge. It was a lot of fun and we had some awesome entries. Well done everyone.

A little freebie from me...

It was our annual Musical Fireworks Championship this last weekend and although Sunday nights entries were cancelled due to strong winds (the first time ever in 11 years) we had a wonderful time watching the 5 entries that did manage to display.

Its my absolute favorite event in Southport for the year and we are lucky enough to have quite a few great events here. Last years winners were Jubilee and to say they were awesome is an understatement. The competitors have to produce a display lasting between 15 and 20 minutes and are judged on timing to the music and artistic interpretation.

This year it was Flashpoint Fireworks who won. ( I didn't catch the name of the team I thought were the best and no ones uploaded a video of them so I don't know if it was these but they were as good as Jubilee last year) Since there's no video of my fav this year I'm showing you last years winners. Sorry about the video but it was the only one I could find that included the music and it is, after all, the 'Musical' Fireworks championship so I think the music is pretty important. Anyway, it gives you an idea of just how great these displays are. It comes in 2 parts and be sure to have your speakers on so you can hear the fantastic music too.
