Christmas Around the World

Wohoooooo

Its definately begining to feel like Christmas around here. How many of you have got your tree and decorations up already?? I am hoping to get mine done over the weekend if I can.

When Danny and Mikey were little we used to put all the dates from the 1st to the 24th December into Jack the Hat (an old trilby from out of the dressing up box) and we would all pick out two tickets. The winner was the earliest date out of 'Jack' and that would be our 'Tree Day', hehe. We'd have a little Tree Day party with kiddy party food and Christmas music and spend the whole afternoon decorating our tree. The boys loved it.

Sadly, we lost Jack the Hat so these days I tend to just pick a day that has the least going on hahaha. Poor Elly doesn't get half the fun her big brothers used to have at Christmas but we make up for it in other ways. She gets to bake mince pies instead hehehe.

Well, today is Christmas Around the World day finally and OMG, Ladies, these Designers have truly out done themselves. There are sooooo many fantastic goodies I don't know where to begin.

Congratulations to our gorgeoous Blossom Trudie aka Scrapbrat who just got taken on as a Designer over at Digital Design Resort. Well done hun. Your new kit is totally gorgeous and you well deserve your spot in the sunlight. I know you're gonna love working with Monja and the girls over at DDR and special thanks to my dear pal KimB for helping Trudie with a couple of things too. You're a star Kimmie.

It's going to be a great Festive Season.........

Helloooooo Everyone and welcome back.

I sure hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and treated yourselves to lots of goodies during the awesome Black Friday Sales. Although Im a Brit, we had our own little Thanksgiving Dinner, cooked by Jay, yummy….. and thanks to my Blossoms sending me a tin of Pumpkin Pie filling, we even had Pie. Elly was our official photographer so heaven knows what the photos will turn out like haha. Jess made the Pie and it was amazing. I’ve never had it before. WOW, You guys have been holding out on us. Well, as soon as I get chance, I hope to make some lo’s to show off our day so keep your eyes peeled for that, It should be fun haha.

Hello and welcome back meeeeeeeeee.... hehe!

OMG..... my pc DIED on me. The AUDACITY! lol. Its taken forever to figure out the problem which I never would have guessed. It turned out to be the actual pc itself. I had no idea that they fix them to have a 'lifespan'... Whats that all about????

Anyway, I won't bore you all with the details. Sufice to say we got it working so so in the end and I have a fab goody for you. I really thought I was going to miss this months challenge with my pal KimB but hey, life is full of little miracles isn't it.

A couple of quickie notes. Sharon hun, thankyou so much for your good wishes. Its good to know there are folk out there looking out for me.

We have had a ton of problems with the new forum and gallery which I can only apologise for. It hasnt been helped by the fact that my pc went down either. We have decided to close them both for now while we work on them. I'll keep you posted as to our progress on that. Meanwhile, a few of you asked if I would still be doing the Booland Color Challenge. Well heck yes..... We will host it on my blog for now until we get the forum and gallery fixed. Hang in there. I am setting up a Gallery/blog just for your lo's so I'll post the info as soon as I have it and.... if I say so myself... I'm rather pleased with Decembers starter kit and PB, yummylicious is all I'm going to say, hehe.

Lynn will also run our Font challenge from the Blossoms blog and lo's for that can also be sent in for upload to our dedicated Gallery blog so keep an eye open for the links.

Novembers SASy Color Challengeis up....

Hello and welcome back every one.

I sure hope you all had a wonderful Halloween weekend. I had a great time and thankfully, felt a lot better so I was able to enjoy it. Hopefully, I'll have some funny photos/lo's to show you all soon.
